BM Güvenlek Konseyi (BMGK), Suriye'de insan hakları ihlallerini kınayan ve şiddetin derhal sona erdirilmesi çağrısında bulunan karar tasarısını, Rusya ve Çin'in vetosu nedeniyle kabul etmedi. 15 üyeli BMGK'da yapılan toplantıda, Türkiye'nin de destek verdiği karar tasarısına 13 üye ülke "evet" oyu.......
