Hundreds of diners fell ill this year after eating oysters. The Food Standards Agency said that 230 cases of norovirus also known as the winter vomiting bug had been recorded. It said that the number may have been swelled by couples who ate oysters, which are seen as both an exotic and a romantic dish, on Valentine’s Day....
